Since 2014 PDR started with a clear ambition to be the largest real estate marketing company in Turkey offering the service that the investors deserve in along with the increasing demand for investment in Turkey since Turkey provides many legal facilities and provides a fertile investment environmen because of giant infrastructure projects and the economic successes.

We trust that success could be achieved in two ways first profitable investment second a high standard living for those who want to live in Turkey, thus Turkey could be their second home.

And this is why our slogan is (Your Intrance to Turkey).

In previous years, we have been able to advance our goals and satisfy our customers. We have contracted with 80 of the largest Turkish construction companies. We are serving more than 20,000 customers and about 1200 units had been sold. We are managing the investments of 500 customers not in Turkey .

We are providing all services related to real estate investment, starting with finding proper opportunities and providing payment facilities and negotiating , preparing the application file on Turkish citizenship and other legal services as opening bank account and registering the tax number.
